Corporate Finance Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Senior Specialist with deep expertise in financial modeling to join the real estate investment trust (GYO) company of one of Turkey’s leading holdings. Our Expectations from You:

• University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or related departments from reputable universities,

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in financial analysis, investment banking, or consultancy roles,

• Managing projects and processes in M&A, investor private placement, privatization, and financing deals;

• Actively participating in due-diligence processes for acquisitions and providing key inputs to relevant acquisition agreements;

• Conducting sector research for M&As and documentation such as information memorandum, teaser, management presentation, etc. preparation for spin-off projects, making contact with strategic partners/divisions,

• An in-depth understanding of financial modeling and a working knowledge of accountancy,

• Highly competent spreadsheet skills in Excel (preferably having a working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
