Corporate Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Analyst with deep expertise in financial modeling to join the real estate investment trust (GYO) company of one of Turkey’s leading holdings. Your Role Will Include:

·      Develop and review financial models for investments,

·      Develop and implement corporate finance strategies,

·      Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions,

·      Analyze consultant reports and provide insights for decision-making,

·      Assess financial risks and contribute to the company’s long-term financial success.

Our Expectations from You:

• University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or related departments from reputable universities,

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in financial modelling, valuation roles,

• Managing projects and processes in M&A, investor private placement, privatization, and financing deals;

• Actively participating in due-diligence processes for acquisitions and providing key inputs to relevant acquisition agreements;

• Conducting sector research for M&As and documentation such as information memorandum, teaser, management presentation, etc. preparation for spin-off projects, making contact with strategic partners/divisions,

• An in-depth understanding of financial modeling and a working knowledge of accountancy,

• Highly competent spreadsheet skills in Excel (preferably having a working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications.)

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
